I'm using a tube from Gennadiy Koufay you can buy a license to use his tubes here do not use the same tube without a license You will need my supplies here roses are from Rainbow Coffi Filters used: Xero-fritillary --------------------------- Open a new layer 600x600 floodfill with white Preset shape tool foreground set to black - background to #808080 line style diamond Width 6 draw out a Moon1 on your canvas convert to raster layer open the tube you want to use and place it under the moon add the flower and erase the parts that sticking outside add the wordart and the black roses turn them with raster deform tool and place them to your liking  drop shadow everything select your moon layer and click inside with magicwand Filter: xero fritillary Granularity 10 Aggression 30 Tesselation 100 Variation 160 select non - copy merge - paste as new animation in AS back in psp undo twice change only the Variation to 161 repeat once more and change Variation to 162 you should now have three frames in AS save as gif.
