I'm using a tube from Jessica Dougherty you can buy a license to use her tubes here do not use the same tube without a license Filter needed: Eye Candy 4000 Supplies here Open the materials and export the rose to custom brush select the mousepad Select all - float - defloat floodfill with color #f3c0c2 Texture effect - wave copyNpaste your tube as new layer place it inside the selection - selection invert - delete - select non layers merge down effect - geometric effect - perspectiv vertical use the raster deform tool and turn it a bit to the right adjust sharpen copyNpaste the coffee cup and valentine6 tubes as new layers resize to fit - drop shadow and place everything to your liking add your name and proper copyright I used Whisper for my name and cutout these setting add a new layer drag it to bottom - floodfill with white add a new layer and stamp with the brush you exported I used red from the heart X out the white background layer and crop merge opaque open the layer again select the layer with the heart and with freehand selection tool point to point make a selection like this Effect EyeCandy 4000 - HSB Noise  select non - copy merge  open AS paste as new animation back in psp undo the effect repeat effect -  hit random botton paste after current frame keep doing that so you end up with 4 frames in AS save with defaut settings ☺
