The clouds are from Jasc download the Spring exe ☺ font used:  Beau Rivage One Open the supplies delete my ©layer go to image canvas size 700 X 600 add a new layer - floodfill white - move it to the bottom Select the frame - selection tool - freehand - point to point  add a new layer select all around the frame - floodfill with color #5685af copy and paste Marif paysage as new layer place it in the selection - select invert - hit delete - select non move both layers under the frame drop shadow the frame merge these 3 layers down: frame/Marif tube/color layer Select preset shape tool - Circle close your background set stroke to 1 use any color but white draw out a circle a bit bigger than the frame Text tool - vector - background color #392942 stroke 0 place your mouse on the circle and type "Journey into Dreams" or whatever text you want on the tag ☺ delete the elipse and convert to raster layer add drop shadow move the frame and text to the left and arrange the stars to your liking paste the tube as new layer - drop shadow it  add a cloud on a new layer write your name/watermark and any copyright info needed  delete the white background layer and crop merge opaque copy merge - open AS - paste as new animation duplicate so you end up having 16 frames select all - propagate paste open the Nm butterfly animation - select all and drag the butterfly onto your tag save as gif default settings ☺
