I'm using the art of Amy Brown you can buy a license to use her art here do not use the same tube without a license My supplies here Filter needed: Alien Skin EyeCandy5 Nature ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Open the supplies and select the fantasy mist image canvas size 700 X 550 copyNpaste my frame as new layer layer duplicate - turn this layer a bit with raster deform tool layer merge down click inside the frame with magicwand selection - modify - expand 2 select - invert - select the fantasy tube layer - hit delete - select non layers merge down CopyNpaste the rotting old tree as new layer and if your using the same tube as I  place your tube on top ☺ CopyNpaste the bottle as new layer - float - defloat modify - inside/outside feather - inside 5 copyNpaste your tube of choise as new layer resize to fit inside the selection - selection invert - hit delete layers merge down decorate your tag with the Dragonfly add a new layer - drag it to the bottom - floodfill white new layer - floodfill #525437 apply my mask - merge group resize the mask layer 90% write your name I used Angelina size 48 color black place your name on the rotten tree cutout now select the layer with the bottle Adjust - Colorize Hue 61 Saturation 66 effect Eye Candy 5 Nature - Waterdrops copy merge open AS paste as new animation back in psp undo apply effect again hitting the random button repeat so you end up with 4 layers in AS select all and change the frame properties to 15 save as gif and your done ☺
