can buy a license to use her tubes here do not use the same tube without
a license

Open my supplies in psp I have incl. the animation for those who's not so familiar with the warp tool but still want's to make the tag ☺
select the layered file and open your tube of choise
higlight the group raster layer select all - float - defloat copyNpaste the tube as new layer place the tube inside the selection (if you use the same tube, move it down a bit) selection invert - hit delete - select non add drop shadow to the tube add proper © and your name
place the heart and wordart to your liking but make room for the beating hearts
when your happy - merge flat - copy open AS paste as new animation
back in psp open the heartpuzzle tube selection tool

draw a selection on the right half heart (grey) it is important that it's this one! copy - delete - select non paste as new layer now it should look like this ☺

copy merge open AS and paste as new animation
back in psp select the warp tool these settings

select the layer with the red heart now click one time just a quick click copy merge paste in AS after current frame back in psp - undo now select the layer with the other half heart and click again same settings as before copy merge and paste after current frame in AS
duplicate your tag so you have three frames - select all select all on your hearts - hit propagate paste button and drag your heart onto your tag
set the frame properties on the first frame to 100 and the two others to 25 save as gif and your done ☺

Her is another version I selected the red heart - copy - delete - select non - paste as new layer then move tool - hold the Ctrl key down hit the right arrow key three times copy merge open AS paste as new animation now repeat until you end up with 5 frames in AS set first and last frame to 150 the middle ones to 25
