This tutorial was written by me, Zuzzanna on April 8th 2010 any resemblance to any other tutorial is completely coincidental. I'm using a tube from Jessica Galbreth you can get a license to use her tubes here do not use the same tube without a license My supplies here Filters needed: Effect EyeCandy5 Textures ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Open a new layer 600 X 600 floodfill white copyNpaste your tube of choice selection tool - draw Ellipse foreground a dark from your tube - I used #886fa8 Width 4  background choose another color from the tube - I used #9a629a and draw out a ellipse that fits your tube Object aligne - center in canvas text tool put your curser on the ellipse and write ♥Spread your wings and let the fairy in you fly♥ I used Chocolate Amargo stroke 2 it's a payfer can't supplie mark over your text in the textbox and change the colors to two other colors from your tube I used foreground #3c5b94 background #b0afc8 convert to raster and move it under your tube layer add drop shadow to your tube write your name using the same colors as before  add proper copyright select the white background layer add a new layer color #bbbad0 apply my mask and merge group  select your ellipse layer and with magic wand these settings click inside the Ellipse duplicate three times so you end up having four layers starting on the top one Effect EyeCandy5 Textures chose the preset Smooth Fractal Noise - default settings •this effect may vary depending on the colors you use• now select the next layer apply Texture again - hitting random button repeat on the last two layer select non add drop shadow 1-1-5-50 black to all four layers close three of these layers - copy merge open AS and paste as new animation back in psp close this layer open the next copy merge paste after current frame repeat with the last two layers select all open my animation - select all propagate paste and drag the animation onto your tag select all and change the frame properties to 22 save as gif and your done ☺
