I'm using a tube from Carlos Diez you can buy a license to use his tubes here do not use the same tube without a license My supplies here Do not share my supplies to other tutorials without my permission. Open new raster layer 600 X 600 floodfill with white new layer Select your paintbrush color black and brush over your background set foreground to black - background to silver pattern select preset shape tool and draw out a star object align center in canvas convert to raster and drop shadow V10 H-7 opacity 50 blur 5 copyNpaste my Hollywood sign as new layer and copyNpaste your tube as new layer select your text tool chose Performance JL font size 100 stroke 1 foreground black - background #c00000  type a Q convert to raster and drop shadow type an U same settings and colors (or any other sign you want) ☺ place everything to your liking swap foreground/background colors and select the font Cut and Paste same stroke but change the size to 60 type ROCK n ROLL convert to raster and drop shadow add my spotlight in the right upper corner to make the light select the brush tool these settings and color #fdf7e1 and brush one time from the spotlight and down towards the middle adjust blur - Gaussion blur Radius 24 - drop shadow it move it under the spotlight add your name/watermark and any copyright required  save as png or jpeg ☺
