Tube is copyrighted to Ana Rasha Filter needed: Xenofex 2 - Little Fluffy Clouds My supplies here ---------------- Open new layer 700 X 500 floodfill white new layer selection tool - custom selection these settings floodfill the selection color black still selected copyNpaste the Fantasy as new layer place it in the selection - select invert - hit delete copyNpaste AnaRacha_BrokenMist as new layer place it to the left in the selection - hit delete - select non change the blend mode on the Fantasy to LuminanceL select the black rectangle layer Adjust Blur - Radial blur add a new layer on top in your layerpallet selection - custom selection with the same settings as before selections - modify - selection borders floodfill with black - select non copyNpaste the wordart and the fleur deco as new layers - place it to your liking •or write a text of your own• ☺ add proper copyright and your name I used Inspiration font it's a pay for cannot supplie X out the white background layer crop merge opaque open background layer again Animation select the Fantasy layer Effect Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Little Fluffy Clouds copy merge and paste in animation shop as new animation back in psp undo the effect and do it again hitting the random button repeat so you end up having 4 frames in AS select all the frames and change frame properties to 30 save as gif and your done ☺
