This tutorial was written by me, Zuzzanna on March 11 2010 any resemblance to any other tutorial is completely coincidental. Filters needed:  Eye Candy 5 Impact VM Experimental - love and hate Xenofex 2 - Constellation Brushes are ftu from Suzanne Woolcott   Tube and shape here -------------------- Open a new layer 600 X 600 floodfill with white select preset shape tool and choose SK Heart13 close your foreground and set background to #91918d and draw out a heart on your canvas not all the way to the edge we need room for the dotted lines ☺ Object aligne center in canvas convert to raster click inside your heart with magicwand Effect VM Experimental - love and hate still selected copyNpaste the couple as new layer place it inside the selection - selection invert - hit delete- select non layers merge down effect Eye Candy 5 Impact select Clear defaut settings close your background color and set foreground to black set your line style to: Diamond Width 4 and drag out the same heart again a bit bigger this time ☺ drop shadow the line draw the same heart line once more but smaller this time so it fits on the glass heart - same drop shadow now add a new layer on top of your white background layer and stamp with the brushes - color black add your name I used GreyQo it's a pay font cannot supplie select the layer with the dots inside the heart Xenofex 2 - Constellation copy merge open AS paste as new animation back in psp - undo the constellation add the filter again - hit the random button paste after selected frame in AS repeat this so you end up with 3 layers save as gif default settings ☺
