I'm using a tube from Gennadiy Koyfay you can buy a license to use his tubes here do not use the same tube without a license Filters needed: EyeCandy5 - Impact  EyeCandy5 - Nature My supplies here Put the presets in preset shapes folder sg_fill18 in your patter folder and mask in your mask folder ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Open a new layer 600 X 600 floodfill white new layer floodfill black apply the mask and merge group set background to pattern sg_fill18 foreground to black Preset shape tool find little gidding 34 these setting draw out a shape on your canvas convert to raster and image flip Effect Eye Candy 5 Impact - bevel - Rough Surface, Rock Face Effect Eye candy 5 Nature - Rust with these settings add drop shadow 2-2-50-5 black text tool same foreground/background font Padaloma size 48 stroke 2 type "Hell No" convert to raster and repeat the two filters on your text - same settings place it on top - add drop shadow I did the same for my name ☺ CopyNpaste your tube of choice - add drop shadow add proper copyright Animation: Select the shape layer effect Eye Candy 5 Nature - smoke copy merge open AS paste as new animation back in psp - undo add smoke effect again - hitting random buttom repeat this so you end up with 4 frames in AS save as gif and your done ☺
