I used a tube from Jo Lynch you can get a license to use her tubes here do not use the same tube without a license Filter needed: EyeCandy5 - Textures My supplies here Put the preset shapes in your preset shape folder ♥♥♥♥♥ Open a white raster layer 600 X 600 copyNpaste BeachHouse as new layer and move it up on your canvas copyNpaste Cat_Tails and your tube of choice as new layers add a new layer on top of the Cat_Tail layer and spray some Sand from your picture tube tool you can get the sand tube here if you don't have it already add the Beach sign, Shells and the Cocktail place them to your liking and give them drop shadow Select the BeachHouse layer preset shape tool foreground #f1a550 background #ffffff anti alias and create as vector checked linestyle solid Width 1 draw out a Starburst4 shape convert to raster add drop shadow drop shadow on new layer checked select the layer without the shadow effect Alien Skin EyeCandy 5 Texture - Marble copy merge  open AS and paste as new animation back in psp undo apply effect again hitting the random button copy merge paste after current frame repeat two times more so you end up with four frames in AS save with default setting and your finished ☺
