I am using the art of Ismael Alvarez you need to email him for permission to use his art you can find more of his tubes here Another quickie ☺ My supplies here  and you need a tube and a brush of choice Font used: Satisfaction Open the supplies in psp mine is a layered file delete the ©layer and go to image canvas size 600 X 500 add a new layer drag it to the bottom floodfill with white click inside the frame with magicwand - expand 3 new layer fill with the pattern chrismist_bg10.jpg copy and paste your tube of choice as new layer place the tube in the selection - selection invert - delete - select non move the frame up on top give tube, frame and lace drop shadow by choice place the wordart and chain add proper © and your name I used size 48 stroke 1 black foreground background white select the white background layer  add a new layer and stamp your brush a couple of times  copy merge open AS paste as new animation duplicate your tag to make five frames - select all open my animation select all propagate paste drag the animation onto your tag and place it to your liking change the frame properties to 15 save as gif ☺
