I'm using a tube from Olivia you can buy a license to use her art here do not use the same tube without a license Put the shapes in your psp preset shapes folder and open the rest of the supplies in psp Simple quick tut  ☺ --------------------- You will need a tube of choice and my supplies here Open a new raster layer 600 x 550 floodfill with white find the preset shape KS Valentines_A Your foreground set to my pattern - background to paper_brushed Width 5 line style solid Angle 0 Scale 100 Anti-Alias and Create as vector ticked draw out a heart on your canvas Object align center in canvas convert to raster and drop shadow it select your white background layer copy and paste my glitter and move it to the left- image duplicate - image mirror copy&paste the butterflies and the wordart on top of the heartlayer add your tube of choice and proper copyright X out the white background layer and Crop merge Opaque save as png and your done ☺
